Appointment Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all spa appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• In-spa appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Virtual consultations canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.
This policy allows us to respect our practitioners’ time and accommodate clients on our waitlist. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
