Return Policy - Online Store Purchases Only

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you made an error or are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to our customer support team at orders@aidabicaj.com with your order number and reason for return.

Eligibility for Returns - Please return the product/s within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items - Opened or used products due to hygiene reasons. Products purchased through Aida Bicaj UES or TriBeCa spa locations are not eligible for returns.

Return Process - All return requests must be emailed to orders@aidabicaj.com with your order number and reason for return. We require photos of the product to inspect for return eligibility. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

Refunds - Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item/s. Original shipping and return label fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items Due to Transit - If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please email us at orders@aidabicaj.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Please attach two photos of the damaged item/s in the email: one close-up photo of the damaged product and one photo with the item inside the shipping box, showing the box in its entirety. This information is required to process a replacement or refund.

Exchanges - If you received an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
