Return and Refund Policy - Online Store Purchases Only

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you made an error or are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to our customer support team at orders@aidabicaj.com with your order number and reason for return.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
• We require photos of the product to verify return eligibility. 

Damaged Items Due to Transit:

• If your order has leaked or sustained damage due to transit, please email us at orders@aidabicaj.com within 5 business days of the tracking number's posted delivery date.
  
• Please email us the following photos showing the damaged item/s and shipping box: one close-up photo of the damaged product, one photo with the item inside the shipping box, and a photo showing the condition of the shipping box in its entirety. 
• The photos are required for insurance purposes, in order to process a replacement or refund.

Missing Items:

• If you did not receive your package or product, please email us at orders@aidabicaj.com within 5 business days of the tracking number's posted delivery date.
  
• To help us investigate missing items, please provide a photo of the shipping box showing its condition upon delivery, so we can determine if the package may have been tampered with.
• We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange for a resolution.

Skin Reactions:

• All skincare purchases are made at your own discretion. We are not responsible for any skin reactions or sensitivities. Skincare routines vary, and as we are not involved in the application, usage, or layering of products in your personal skincare routine, we cannot verify how products are used and therefore are not responsible for the outcome.
• If you experience a reaction and would like guidance on a recovery routine, please email us the following at orders@aidabicaj.com so we can offer general support (not medical advice):

1. 1. A clear photo showing the skin reaction on your face
   2. Your skin type (e.g., dry, oily, combination, sensitive)
   3. A brief description of how you used the product in your skincare routine
   4. A list of any other products used in combination

• We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges due to skin reactions.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping and return label fees are non-refundable for orders not caused by our error.

Exchanges:

• An exchange will be accepted provided the received product remains in its original, unused condition.
