Can be used up to two to three times a week. Start by cleaning your face with your favorite cleanser to remove any makeup and dirt. Apply treatment to face, neck and chest and massage lightly. Leave on for at least 2 to 3 minutes. Remove with warm wet cloth and rinse off any excess.
Tips:
Add microdermabrasion cream and a pinch of baking soda to your favorite mask if you need a gentle boost of exfoliation.
